We prepare the fabrics, trims, labels, and other materials needed for the order.

3. Sample & Pre-Production
Before bulk production begins, we review the approved sample and key production details with our team.
This is the time to confirm the details and avoid unnecessary mistakes later.
The approved sample becomes an important reference for bulk production.
4. Bulk Production
Once everything is confirmed, bulk production begins.
Our production team follows the approved sample and specifications throughout the process.
We keep an eye on workmanship and production progress as the order moves forward.
5. Quality Control
Quality is checked throughout production, not only at the end.
Our QC team checks workmanship, measurements, appearance, and other important details during production and at the final AQL inspection.
Good quality comes from checking at every stage.
6. Packing & Shipment
After the final inspection, finished garments are packed and moved to the finished goods warehouse.
Orders are then prepared for shipment according to the customer's requirements.
